Hosea 6:1–2
“Come, let us return to YHWH;
for He has torn us, but He will heal us;
He has struck us down, but He will bind us up.
After two days He will revive us;
on the third day He will raise us up,
that we may live before His face.”
Leviticus 23
Leviticus 23:11–13
On the day after the Sabbath, the priest shall wave the sheaf before YHWH, so that it may be accepted for you.
On the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb a year old, without blemish, as a burnt offering to YHWH.
And the grain offering with it shall be two-tenths of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering by fire to YHWH, a pleasing aroma, and the drink offering with it shall be a quarter of a hin of wine.
Leviticus 23:15–16
From the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering, you shall count seven complete weeks.
You shall count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath. Then you shall present a new grain offering to YHWH.
John 20

John 20:1
On the first day of the week, early in the morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb.
John 20:17
Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to My brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, to My God and your God.’”
John 20:19–22
On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being locked where the disciples were for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent Me, even so I am sending you.”
And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.”
John 20:26–27
Eight days later, His disciples were inside again, and Thomas was with them. Although the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.”
Then He said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and see My hands; and put out your hand and place it in My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”
Acts 2
Acts 2:1
When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all together in one place.

And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues, as God gave them utterance.
Personal viewpoint (translated faithfully)
- Jesus revived on the second day after His death
(Jesus died on day six; day seven is one day; day one of the week is the second day). - He rose to live before YHWH God on the third day after His death
(which is the second day of the week).
After the third day, He no longer appeared to the apostles. - When He revived, He could not be touched, because He had not yet ascended to the Father.
But after eight days, He could be touched.
- Are the apostles the new grain offering?
- One day with God = one thousand years.
- After the thousand-year period of peace, there will be a new heaven and a new earth.
Is that thousand-year period the second day, before entering the third day of living before God? - The nation of Israel was established in 1948, within the second millennium.
