(Gen 3)
7 Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loincloths.
21 YHWH God made for the man and for his wife garments of skins and clothed them.

(Rev 13)
8 And all who dwell on the earth will worship it—everyone whose name has not been written in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain from the foundation of the world.

(Gen 22)
8 Abraham said, “God will provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering, my son.” So the two of them went on together.
9 When they came to the place of which God had told him, Abraham built the altar there and arranged the wood and bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar, on top of the wood.
10 Then Abraham reached out his hand and took the knife to slaughter his son.
11 But the messenger of YHWH called to him from heaven and said, “Abraham, Abraham!” And he said, “Here I am.”
12 He said, “Do not lay your hand on the boy or do anything to him, for now I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son, from Me.”
13 And Abraham lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, behind him was a ram, caught in a thicket by his horns. And Abraham went and took the ram and offered it up as a burnt offering instead of his son.
14 So Abraham called the name of that place, “YHWH will provide”; as it is said to this day, “On the mount of YHWH it shall be provided.”

(Exo 12)
3 Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, On the tenth day of this month every man shall take a lamb for himself according to their fathers’ households, a lamb for a household.
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male a year old. You may take it from the sheep or from the goats.
6 And you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month, and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall slaughter it at twilight.
7 And they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it.
8 They shall eat the flesh that night, roasted with fire; and they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.
9 Do not eat any of it raw or boiled in water, but roasted with fire, its head with its legs and its inner parts.
10 And you shall not let any of it remain until the morning; whatever remains until the morning you shall burn with fire.
11 This is how you shall eat it: your belt fastened, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. And you shall eat it in haste. It is YHWH’s Passover.
12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt that night, and I will strike all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and on all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments: I am YHWH.
13 The blood shall be a sign for you, on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you, when I strike the land of Egypt.

(Lev 16)
6 Aaron shall present the bull as a sin offering for himself, and shall make atonement for himself and for his house.
7 Then he shall take the two goats and set them before YHWH at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.
8 And Aaron shall cast lots over the two goats, one lot for YHWH and the other lot for Azazel.
9 And Aaron shall present the goat on which the lot fell for YHWH and use it as a sin offering.
10 But the goat on which the lot fell for Azazel shall be presented alive before YHWH to make atonement over it, that it may be sent away into the wilderness to Azazel.
20 When he has finished atoning for the holy place and the Tent of Meeting and the altar, he shall present the live goat.
21 And Aaron shall lay both his hands on the head of the live goat, and confess over it all the iniquities of the people of Israel, and all their rebellions, all their sins; and he shall put them on the head of the goat and send it away into the wilderness by the hand of a man who is in readiness.
22 The goat shall bear on itself all their iniquities to a remote area, and he shall let the goat go free in the wilderness.
30 For on this day atonement shall be made for you to cleanse you. You shall be clean before YHWH from all your sins.

(Isa 53)
4 Surely he has borne our sicknesses and carried our pains; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and YHWH has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

(Rev 4)
1 Then I saw in the right hand of Him who was seated on the throne a scroll written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?”
3 And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to look into it,
4 and I wept loudly, because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to look into it.
5 And one of the elders said to me, “Weep no more; behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.”
6 And between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, with seven horns and with seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.
7 And he went and took the scroll from the right hand of Him who was seated on the throne.
9 And they sang a new song, saying:
“You are worthy to take the scroll
and to open its seals,
for you were slain,
and by your blood you ransomed people for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation,
10 and you have made them a kingdom and priests
to serve our God,
and they shall reign on the earth.”
(Rev 7)
14 And he said to me, “These are the ones coming out of the great tribulation. They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.”
When Adam and Eve sinned, YHWH Himself made a garment of animal skin with His own hands for the human being, to cover the human being’s nakedness. This garment of skin is the first image in Scripture of the lamb being slaughtered.
Human beings cannot erase their own sins; only God can help human beings cover them—through the Lamb whom God Himself prepared for humanity.
All sins will be placed on the head of the Lamb; the Lamb’s blood will be poured out. And whoever hides in the Lamb, is grafted into that Vine, and uses the Lamb’s blood to wash away their sins, will become clean before the face of God, and will not be destroyed by the plague, because YHWH will pass over.
I ask everyone to clearly distinguish between the Lamb and God YHWH.
